What's on offer
Everyone's starting point is different - and that's fine. Have a look at what's available and get in touch if something feels right.
Whether you're looking for someone to talk to, some practical support to get things moving, or just a bit of breathing room - there's no wrong door here. Have a look at what's on offer and get in touch if something feels right.
Recovery Coaching
This is the practical side of what I do. It's for when life has got on top of you - maybe you're still using, maybe you've stopped but everything around you still feels chaotic, or maybe you're just stuck in a cycle you can't seem to break.
We focus on what's in front of you right now: sorting out debts, making phone calls you've been putting off, filling in forms, building some kind of routine, looking at harm reduction, or just having someone to check in with who gets it.
It's not about having a plan or knowing what you want - we just start where you are and work from there. Some people use this on its own, others have it running alongside counselling. Either way is fine.
This can help with
"We just start where you are and work from there."
No prerequisites. No pressure to have stopped. No judgment about where you're at. Just someone in your corner who's worked in this field long enough to understand what it actually looks like.
"Some people know exactly what they want to talk about; others don't, and that's just as valid."
There's no agenda. No clipboard. You don't need to have your reasons ready - just turn up and we'll find a way in together.
Counselling
This is a space to talk things through with someone who isn't part of your day-to-day life. No agenda, no clipboard, no being told what to do.
People come for all sorts of reasons - trauma they've carried for years, patterns they can't seem to shift, anxiety that won't let up, stuff around self-esteem or identity, or things they've never said out loud before. You don't need to have it all figured out before you arrive.
We go at your pace. What comes up, comes up - and we work with it honestly, together. It's your space.
Often brought to sessions
Still Waters
A small, low-key meditation group that meets weekly. It's for anyone who could do with a bit of space - whether things feel overwhelming, stuck, or you're just tired of your own head for a while.
Each session starts with a guided meditation, then there's time to sit quietly, reflect, or share something if you want to. Nobody has to speak. It's not about getting good at meditating or fixing anything - it's more about slowing down enough to notice what's going on.
You don't need any experience. Just turn up.

"You don't need to believe in anything or understand how it works."
Most people find it deeply relaxing. Some feel warmth, calm, or an emotional release. Others just fall asleep - which is perfectly fine.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off, if you prefer) healing practice that originally comes from Japan. You lie down fully clothed, close your eyes, and I work with the energy around your body to help things settle.
There's nothing you need to do - no talking, no effort, just rest. Most people find it deeply relaxing. Some people feel warmth, calm, or a kind of emotional release they weren't expecting. Others just fall asleep, which is perfectly fine.
It can be a good option if you're drawn to something quieter than talking, or if your body holds a lot of what your mind struggles to process.

Psychotherapy
This is a longer session - about an hour and a half - that brings together talking therapy and Reiki in one sitting. We start by talking, just like a regular counselling session.
Then you move to the massage table for Reiki, which gives your body and mind a chance to process things differently. Afterwards, there's time to talk through whatever came up - sometimes things surface during Reiki that words couldn't quite reach before.
It's particularly useful if you find it hard to sit with difficult feelings, or if talking alone doesn't seem to get to the root of things. No experience with Reiki is needed.
