My story
I came into counselling in 2014 - not through textbooks, but through my own experience of being a client. Therapy changed my life, and that stayed with me. It's what led me to train and eventually build a career supporting others.
I started out working one-to-one with young people, and over time my work has developed into supporting people with addiction, trauma, and experiences of abuse. I completed my counselling degree at the University of Gloucestershire in 2017 and I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
